Blender cheese cake

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cupGraham cracker crumbs
1/2 cupButter, melted
1/2 cupBoiling water
1 packLemon jello
2 tbspLemon juice
2 cupCottage cheese
1 eachContainer frozen whipped
1 eachTopping (about 9 oz.)
Procedures:
1Combine cracker crumbs and butter; mix well.
2Press into bottom of 7"x11" pan.
3Set aside.
4Assemble blender.
5Pour boiling water into blender container, add jello and process at "beat" until jello is dissolved.
6Add lemon juice and 1 cup cottage cheese.
7Process at "liquefy" until smooth.
8Add remaining cottage cheese and process until smooth.
9Pour into large mixer bowl.
10Add frozen whipped topping and mix until smooth.
11Chill until set.
12(this is ready for serving in minutes).
13Spread pie filling over top when set.
14For variety try different fruit filling or even fresh fruit for topping.
15Fresh fruit can also be mixed into cheese cake before pouring into pan.
