| cup | Nestle Little Bits | | | Semi-sweet chocolate | | | (reserved from 12 oz.) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brownie base: preheat oven to 350 degrees. | | 2 | In a double boiler, melt over hot (not boiling) watger, 1 ?cups of nestle toll house little bits semi-sweet chocolate. | | 3 | Stir until smooth. | | 4 | Set aside. | | 5 | In a large bowl, combine sugar and butter; beat until creamy. | | 6 | Add eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. | | 7 | Mix well. | | 8 | Add melted morsels and flour; mix well. | | 9 | Spread into foil-lined 9 inch square baking pan. | | 10 | Cheesecake topping: in a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and butter. | | 11 | Beat until creamy. | | 12 | Add eggs, milk, flour, and almond extract; beat well. | | 13 | Stir in remaining ?cup of nestle toll house semi-sweet chocolate. | | 14 | Pour over brownie base. | | 15 | Bake at 350 °F for 40 to 45 minutes. | | 16 | Cool completely on a wire rack. | | 17 | Cut into 2 ?inch squares. | | 18 | Randy rigg -!- gomail v1.1 [92-0421] ! |
