Ingredients:
1/2 cupMarshmallow creme OR
3/4 cupMilk, heated to boiling
1 cupMini-marshmallows
16 ozCream Cheese, softened
9 ozPrepared Graham cracker
-crust
3/4 cupSugar
1/4 cupUnsweetened cocoa powder
1 packUnflavored gelatin
1 tspVanilla (opt)
1/4 cupMilk, cold
Procedures:
1Spread marshmallow creme or scatter marshmallows over bottom of prepared crust; set aside.
2In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold milk; let stand 2 minutes.
3Add hot milk; process at low speed until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
4Add cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder and vanila; process at high speed until blended.
5Gently pour into prepared crust and chill until firm, about 2 hours.
