Ingredients:
8 ozCream cheese
1 Egg
1 dashSalt
1 1/2 cupFlour
1 cupSugar
1/4 cupCocoa
1/3 cupOil
1/2 tspSalt
1 cupWater
1 tspVanilla
1 tspSoda
Procedures:
1Pecans (no quantity given) chocolate chips (no quantity given) combine, by hand, the first four ingredients in a small bowl.
2Do not overmix.
3The cream cheese will be lumpy.
4Combine the next eight ingredients in a larger bowl, stirring until smooth.
5Pour batter into muffin tins about ?full.
6Add one heaping teaspoon of cheese mixture to center of each cupcake.
7Top with chocolate chips and pecans.
8Bake for 20 minutes in 350 oven.
9Makes 18 regular or 30 miniature cupcakes.
