Ingredients:
1 1/4 cupGraham cracker crumbs -- ~18
Squares *
1/3 cupButter or margarine --
Melted
16 ozCream cheese -- Softened
1/2 cupSugar
2 Eggs
1 tspVanilla extract
1 tspLemon juice, bottled
1 cupSour cream
2 tbspSugar
1/2 tspVanilla extract
Procedures:
1Combine crumbs and butter.
2Firmly press into bottom and up the sides of a 9" pie plate.
3Chill.
4Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice.
5Pour into prepared crust; bake at 325 °F for 25 minutes.
6Remove from oven.
7Cook 5 minutes.
8Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
9Spread over pie, bake 5 additionalminutes.
10Cool to room temperature; refrigerate at least 5 hours.
11*or use a 9" prepared graham cracker pie crust
