Ingredients:

| pack | Lemon-flavored gelatin | | 1 1/4
| cup | Hot water | | 1
| | Pt. strawberry ice cream | | 1 1/2
| cup | Sliced, washed, hulled | | | -strawberries | | 1/2
| cup | Heavy cream, whipped |

Procedures:
| 1 | About 1 hr. | | 2 | Before serving or early in day: in 2-qt. | | 3 | Saucepan, dissolve gelatin in hot water. | | 4 | Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. | | 5 | Refrigerate right in pan until thickened but not set--about 15 min. fold in berries, reserving a few for garnish. | | 6 | Turn into baked pie shell. | | 7 | Refrigerate until set--about 25 min. garnish with circle of whipped cream. | | 8 | Tuck in reserved strawberry slices. | | 9 | Pineapple parfait pie: omit water; use pineapple juice drained from 1 no. | | 10 | 2 can crushed pineapple, plus enough water to make 1 ?cups liquid. | | 11 | Substitute vanilla ice cream for strawberry. | | 12 | Omit strawberries. | | 13 | Fold in drained canned crushed pineapple from 1 no. 2 can |
