Blackberry brandy sour cream jell-o cake

Ingredients:
6 tbspBlack raspberry jello
1/2 cupBlackberry brandy, hot
1 cupSour cream
1 cupButter
2 cupSugar
6 Eggs
1 tspVanilla
1/2 tspLemon extract
1/2 tspAlmond extract
1/2 tspRum flavoring
3 cupFlour, unsifted
1/2 tspBaking soda
3/4 tspSalt
Powdered sugar, sift (opt)
Procedures:
1Dissolve jello in hot brandy.
2Cool, then combine with sour cream.
3Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs, one at a time beating well after each.
4Mix in vanilla, lemon extract, almond extract and rum flavoring.
5Mix together dry ingredients and add alternately with the cooled jello mix to the butter-sugar mix; beat well after each addition.
6Bake in a well buttered and lightly floured 10" tube or bundt pan in a preheated 350°F oven.
7Bake about 75 minutes.
8Cool in pan 20 minutes, turn out and finish cooling on rack.
9Dust with sifted powdered sugar if desired.
