Ingredients:
3 cupFlour
1 tspSalt
1 tspBaking soda
2 cupSugar
3 Eggs
1 tspCinnamon
1 1/2 cupCooking oil
1 1/2 tspVanilla
2 cupMashed bananas
8 ozCan crushed pineapple
2 ozChopped walnuts
Procedures:
1Grease and flour a tube pan.
2Measure dry ingredients and sift into large bowl.
3Make a well in center and add eggs, oil, vanilla, and bananas, blend.
4Add crushed pineapple with pineapple juice and nuts, blend.
5Pour into tube pan.
6Bake at 350 °F for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
7Cool in pan at least 2 hours before removing.
