Ingredients:
Crust:
1 1/4 cupShortbread crumbs
1/4 cupGround almonds
2 tbspSugar
1/8 tspAlmond extract
3 tbspMelted butter
Filling:
6 ozWhite chocolate-chopped
3 8oz pkg cream cheese, soft
8 ozLight cream cheese, soft
5 largeEggs, room temperature
3/4 cupSugar
3 tbspFlour
1 tspVanilla
1/4 tspAlmond extract
Procedures:
1Recipe by: dreamer701 mix ingredients for the crust and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
2Bake at 400°F for 5-6 min. remove from oven and cool.
3when cool, grease the sides of the pan lightly.
4Melt and cool the chocolate.
5Mix together cream cheeses, then add eggs, one at a time.
6Mix in sugar, flour, vanilla, and almond extract.
7Stir 1 c of mixture into the chocolate, then mix all.
8Pour into the pan and bake at 325°F for 40 min.
