Ingredients:
2 Red peppers
6 dropGarlic juice
1 tbspArrowroot slurry
2 tbspRed wine
1 Scallion top, chopped fine
1/2 tbspButter (opt)
Procedures:
1Cut peppers into quarters, remove seeds and white pulp.
2Run through juicer.
3Pour juice into small, low-sided skillet or saute pan, whisk over medium heat until bubbling around edges.
4Add slurry and cook, whisking to desired consistency; don"t cook too long.
5Whisk in red wine, remove from heat.
6Add green onion, whisk in gently.
7If using, whisk in butter until blended; serve.
