Barcardi rum chocolate cake

Ingredients:
CAKE
1 packChocolate cake mix
1 packChocolate Instant Pudding..
4 xEggs
1/2 cupBarcardi Dark Rum
1/4 cupCold water
1/2 cupOil
1/2 cupSlivered almonds, optional
FILLING
1 1/2 cupCold milk
1/4 cupBarcardi Dark Rum
1 packChocolate Instant Pudding
Envelope Dream Whip Topping
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Grease and flour two 9-in layer cake pans.
3Combine all cake ingredients together in large bowl.
4Blend well, then beat at medium mixer speed for 2 minutes.
5Turn into prepared pans.
6Bake for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
7Do not underbake.
8Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
9Remove from pans, finish cooling on racks.
10Split layers in half horizontally.
11Spread 1 cup filling between each layer and over top of cake.
12Stack.
13Keep cake chilled.
14Serve cold.
15Optional: garnish with chocolate curls.
16Filling: combine milk, rum, pudding mix and topping mix in deep narrow-bottom bowl.
17Blend well at high speed for 4 minutes, until light and fluffy.
18Makes 4 cups.
