2 cupBisquick Baking Mix
1 cupMashed Bananas
2/3 cupSugar
1/4 cupMilk
3 tbspMargarine Or Butter --
Softened
1 tspVanilla
2 Eggs
Streusel Topping
1/2 cupChopped Nuts
1/4 cupSugar
1/2 tspGround Cinnamon
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2Grease and flour square pan 9x9x2 inches.
3Prepare streusel topping (mix ingredients); reserve.
4Mix remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds.
5Spread in pan; sprinkle with streusel topping.
6Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 20-25 minutes.
7Serve warm or cool
