Banana-sour cream coffee cake

Ingredients:
1/2 cupPecans, chopped
1/4 cupSugar
1/2 tspCinnamon
1/2 cupShortening
1 cupSugar
2 Eggs
1 cupBananas, mashed
1 tspVanilla extract
1/2 cupSour cream
2 cupAll-purpose flour
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspSoda
1/4 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Combine pecans, ?c sugar, and cinnamon; stir well, and set aside.
2Combine shortening and 1 cup sugar; cream until light and fluffy.
3Beat in eggs, bananas, and vanilla; stir in sour cream.
4Combine remaining dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture, and stir just enough to blend.
5Sprinkle half of reserved cinnamon mixture into bottom of a well-greased 10inch bundt pan; spoon half of batter into pan.
6Sprinkle remaining cinnamon mixture over batter; spoon remaining batter into pan.
7Bake at 350 °F for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
8Cool cake 5 minutes in pan on a wire rack.
9Loosen edges of cake, if necessary.
10Invert cake on serving plate; serve warm or cold.
11Yield: one 10 inch coffee cake.
