Ingredients:

| cup | Mashed very ripe bananas | | | (about 3) | | 3/4
| cup | Pureed Dates (replaces ?/td> | | | Cup shortening) | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped walnuts, optional | | | Powdered Sugar, optional |

Procedures:
