Banana-coconut crunch cake

Ingredients:
1 packBanana Supreme cake mix
1 packBanana instant pudding mix
16 ozFruit cocktail, undrained
4 Eggs
1/4 cupOil
1 cupCoconut
1/2 cupPecans, chopped
1/2 cupBrown sugar
GLAZE
3/4 cupSugar
1/2 cupButter
1/2 cupEvaporated milk
1 1/3 cupCoconut
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F, grease and flour oblong pan.
2For cake, combine cake mix, pudding mix, fruit cocktail with juice, eggs and oil in large bowl.
3Beat for 4 minutes.
4Stir in 1 cup coconut.
5Pour into pan.
6Combine pecans and brown sugar in small bowl.
7Stir until well blended.
8Sprinkle over batter.
9Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
10Glaze: combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in medium saucepan.
11Bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
12Remove from heat, stir in 1 1/3 c. coconut, pour over warm cake.
13Serve warm or at room temp.
