Banana cake with caramel cream cheese frosting

Ingredients:
CAKE
2 cupAll-purpose flour
1 tspBaking soda
Pinch salt
1/2 cup(1 stick) unsalted butter
-softened
1 cupGranulated sugar
2 largeEggs
1 cupMashed, ripe banana
-(about 3 bananas)
1/4 cupSour cream
1 tspPure vanilla extract
1/2 cupChopped pecans
GLAZE
1/4 cupPacked brown sugar
1/4 cupSweetened condensed milk
2 tbspUnsalted butter
1 cupConfectioners' sugar
1 tspPure vanilla extract
FROSTING
3 ozCream cheese, softened
6 tbspUnsalted butter, softened
1 tbspSour cream
1 tbspPure maple syrup
1 tspPure vanilla extract
3 To 3 ?cups confectioners

Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2Grease a 13- by 9-inch baking pan.
3Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
4Beat butter and granulated sugar in large bowl of electric mixer on high speed until light, 2 minutes.
5Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
6Stop the mixer and add bananas, sour cream and vanilla.
7Mix in on low speed.
8Fold in the dry ingredients and nuts with a rubber spatula.
9Transfer batter to prepared pan.
10Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
11Cool completely on wire rack.
12For caramel glaze, combine brown sugar and condensed milk in a small saucepan.
13Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture begins to bubble.
14Reduce heat to low and add butter; cook and stir until melted.
15Remove from the heat and stir in confectioners" sugar and vanilla.
16Spread over cooled cake.
17For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
18Stir in sour cream, maple and vanilla.
19Add enough confectioners" sugar to make a smooth, thick frosting.
20Carefully spread over caramel glaze.
