Ingredients:
1 cupButter, softened
2 cupSugar
2 Eggs, room temperature
3/4 cupMilk
3 cupFlour
2 tspBaking powder
1 1/2 cupBananas, ripe, mashed
1/4 lbsButter or margarine, softene
8 ozCream cheese, softened
16 ozSugar, confectioners
2 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Cream butter and sugar.
2Add eggs.
3Mix.
4Combine flour and baking soda.
5Add to butter/sugar mixture alternating with milk --beginning and ending with flour mixture.
6Fold in mashed bananas.
7Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
8Bake (in preheated oven) at 350°F for 25-35 minutes (or until cake springs back when lightly touched).
9Cool and frost between layers and sides with cream cheese frosting.??frosting: combine and spread on cooledcake.
