| lbs | Butter or margarine, softene | | 8
| oz | Cream cheese, softened | | 16
| oz | Sugar, confectioners | | 2
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream butter and sugar. | | 2 | Add eggs. | | 3 | Mix. | | 4 | Combine flour and baking soda. | | 5 | Add to butter/sugar mixture alternating with milk --beginning and ending with flour mixture. | | 6 | Fold in mashed bananas. | | 7 | Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans. | | 8 | Bake (in preheated oven) at 350°F for 25-35 minutes (or until cake springs back when lightly touched). | | 9 | Cool and frost between layers and sides with cream cheese frosting.??frosting: combine and spread on cooledcake. |
