| 1 | Soften gelatin in small saucepan with ?cup water. |
| 2 | Stir egg yolks into 1 cup sugar. |
| 3 | Add to gelatin mixture and cook over med. heat. |
| 4 | Stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. |
| 5 | Cool. |
| 6 | Beat cheese in large bowl until light and fluffy. |
| 7 | Add cocoa and beat again. |
| 8 | Add bailey"s and beat some more. |
| 9 | Slowly add gelatin mixture an blend well. |
| 10 | Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. |
| 11 | Add remaining ?cup sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. |
| 12 | Fold into cheese mixture. |
| 13 | Whip cream and fold into cheese mixture. |
| 14 | Pour into crust and refrigerated several hours or overnight. |
