Ingredients:

| cup | Graham cracker crumbs, coars | | 4
| tbsp | Butter, melted | | 15
| oz | Cheese, ricotta | | 8
| oz | Cream cheese | | 4
| each | Eggs, lightly beaten | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 1/3
| cup | Bailey's | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine crumbs and butter, press over bottom and sides of greased 9-inch springform pan. | | 2 | Chill. | | 3 | Preheat oven to 325 degrees. | | 4 | Beat together ricotta and cream cheese until smooth. | | 5 | Add remaining ingredients, beat until smooth. | | 6 | Pour mixture into pan. | | 7 | Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until firm in middle (place a shallow pan of water in oven to cook under my cheesecakes so they don"t crack). | | 8 | Cool 20-30 minutes in pan. | | 9 | Cool completely. |
