Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupGraham cracker crumbs, coars
4 tbspButter, melted
15 ozCheese, ricotta
8 ozCream cheese
4 eachEggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cupSugar
1/3 cupBailey's
1 tspVanilla
1/4 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Combine crumbs and butter, press over bottom and sides of greased 9-inch springform pan.
2Chill.
3Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
4Beat together ricotta and cream cheese until smooth.
5Add remaining ingredients, beat until smooth.
6Pour mixture into pan.
7Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until firm in middle (place a shallow pan of water in oven to cook under my cheesecakes so they don"t crack).
8Cool 20-30 minutes in pan.
9Cool completely.
