Autumn cheesecake (spiced pumpkin)

Ingredients:
3/4 cupGraham cracker crumbs, --or-
3/4 cupVanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 cupWalnuts, ground
6 tbspMelted butter
2 lbsCream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cupSugar
1/3 cupFlour
2 tspCinnamon
1 tspNutmeg
1/2 tspGround cloves
1/4 tspGround allspice
6 largeEggs
1 1/2 cupPumpkin puree, (14 ?oz.)
Whipped cream
Procedures:
1Prepare 9" springform pan (butter sides and bottom).
2Combine graham or vanilla wafer crumbs, walnuts, melted butter and press up sides and on bottom of pan.
3Chill.
4In large bowl, beat cream cheese until light.
5Gradually add sugar, flour and spices.
6Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, blending well.
7Add pumpkin puree and blend well.
8Pour batter into chilled pan and bake in center of oven at 325°F for 90 minutes.
9Turn off heat and let cake stand for 30 min. with door open.
10Cool on rack and then chill for 2 hours for about 2 hours.
11Serve with whipped cream.
