Ingredients:

| cup | Graham cracker crumbs | | 1 1/2

| | Eggs, beaten well | | 24
| oz | Cream cheese, softened | | 1/2
| tsp | Vanilla | | | TOPPING | | 1
| pint | Sour cream | | 3
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine crust ingredients and pat into bottom and sides of pan. | | 2 | Beat cream cheese thoroughly; add sugar gradually; add eggs in thirds; add vanilla; pour into prepared pan. | | 3 | Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes; remove from oven and add topping. | | 4 | To prepare topping, whip sour cream; add sugar and vanilla, and pour over cake. | | 5 | Continue baking at 500°F for 5 minutes. | | 6 | Important - chill at least 24 hours. |
