Brazilian iced chocolate Coca-Cola

Ingredients:
2 ozChocolate, unsweetened
1/4 cupSugar
1 cupCoffee, double-strength
And hot
2 1/2 cupMilk
1 1/2 cupCOCA-COLA, chilled
Whipped cream or vanilla
Ice cream
Procedures:
1In the top of a double-boiler over hot water, melt the chocolate squares.
2Stir in the sugar.
3Gradually stir in hot coffee, mixing thoroughly.
4Add the milk and continue cooking until all particles of the chocolate are dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 10 minutes.
5Pour into a jar.
6Cover and chill.
7When ready to serve, stir in the chilled coca-cola.
8Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses.
9For a beverage, top with whipped cream.
10For a dessert, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
11Makes 5 cups
