Apple nut lattice tart

Ingredients:
2 Pie Crusts, 10"
3 cupGranny Smith Apples
Sliced and peeled
1/2 cupSugar
3 tbspGolden Raisins
3 tbspPecans, chopped
1/2 tspCinnamon
1/2 tspLemon Rind
2 tspLemon Juice
1 tspWater
1 Egg Yolk, beaten
GLAZE
1 tspLemon Juice
1/4 cupPowdered Sugar
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 400°F.
2Place one crust in a tart pan.
3Combine in large bowl apples, sugar, raisins, pecans, cinnamon, lemon rind and lemon juice.
4Spoon into tart shell.
5Make lattice top and assemble.
6Trim and seal edges.
7In a small bowl, combine egg yolk and water; gently brush over lattice.
8Bake 40 to 60 minutes.
9Remove to rack and cool completely.
10Prepare glaze and drizzle over cool tart.
