| 1 | Pour dry chocolate pudding mix into heavy medium saucepan. |
| 2 | Add chopped semisweet chocolate. |
| 3 | Gradually mix in milk and 6 tbsp. amaretto liqueur. |
| 4 | Stir pudding over medium heat until chocolate melts and pudding comes to boil and thickens. |
| 5 | Divide pudding equally among four ?cup ramekins or custard cups. |
| 6 | Refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour. |
| 7 | Whip cream, sugar and remaining 1 tbsp. amaretto in small bowl until stiff peaks form. |
| 8 | Top chilled puddings with large dollop of whipped cream. |
| 9 | Garnish with raspberries and chocolate curls, if desired |
