Ingredients:
2 packGreen Giant Rice Originals*
1/2 cupChopped Onion
1/2 cupChopped Celery
3 tbspMargarine or Butter
1/3 cupWater
1 packHerb Seasoned Stuffing**
Jar Sliced Mushrooms***
Procedures:
1*ingredient list should read: 2 (10-oz) pkg.
2Green giant rice originals frozen long grain white & wild rice.
3**ingredient list should read: 1 8-oz.
4Pkg.
5(5 cups) herb seasoned stuffing mix.
6***ingredient list should read: 1 4 ?oz.
7Jar green giant sliced mushrooms.
8Cook rice according to pkg.
9Directions.
10In lrg.
11Saucepan, saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.
12Add water and stuff mix; stir in rice, tossing lightly.
13Use to stuff merrie crown roast of pork.
14This is a tasty bread and rice stuffing with mushrooms.
15Tip: if desired, stuffing can be baked separately in lightly buttered 2 quart casserole at 350 °F.
16For 30-40 minutes.
