| 1 | Mix together flour, butter and nuts. |
| 2 | Press into a 9x13 inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. |

| 4 | Beat cream cheese and add sugar and cool whip. |

| 6 | Mix puddings according to package directions and then mix together. |
| 7 | Spread over cream cheese mixture. |
| 8 | Top with cool whip. |
