Ingredients:
4 1/2 cupNo yolks egg noodle
-substitue, cooked
2 tbspMargarine, melted
2 tbspUnbleached flour
2 cupSkim milk, at room temp
1 tbspFat-free parmesan cheese
2 cupTurkey light meat, skinless
-cooked & cubed
1 cupOnions, chopped
1 1/2 cupBell peppers, chopped
1 tbspPrepared mustard
2 tbspBread crumbs
Procedures:

2In a saucepan, melt margarine over medium-high heat; sprinkle with flour.
3Cook, whisking quickly and constantly, for 2 minutes.
4Whisk in milk and parmesan cheese.
5Cook stirring constantly for another 2 minutes until thickened.
6Remove from heat.
7Add noodles, turkey, onions, bell peppers, and mustard to saucepan; toss to mix well.
8Spoon mixture into prepared dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
9Bake for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
