| lbs | Ground turkey | | 1
| cup | Chopped onion | | 2
| | Cl Garlic, minced | | 1 1/2

| tsp | Cumin | | 1
| tsp | Oregano | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 15
| oz | Black beans, rinsed & draine | | 1/2
| cup | Beef broth | | 1
| cup | Picante sauce | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oil in large pan. | | 2 | Add turkey, onions, and garlic; cook and stir 3 minutes. | | 3 | Add chili powder, cumin, oregano and salt; cook and stir until turkey is cooked through and onion is tender. | | 4 | Stir in beans and broth. | | 5 | Combine picante sauce and cornstarch; add to pan. | | 6 | Bring to a boil; reduce heat. | | 7 | Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. | | 8 | makes about 4 ?cups chili. |
