Ingredients:
3 lbsBeef boneless top round
Cubed
2 medOnions, grated
2 largeCloves garlic, minced
2 can(10 ?oz.@) condensed
Chicken broth
1 cupWater
1 can(8 oz.) tomato sauce
7 tbspChili powder
2 tbspGround cumin
2 tbspTabasco
Procedures:
1Cook beef in nonstick dutch oven until brown; stir occasionally.
2Add onions, garlic, broth and water.
3Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
4Cover and simmer 1 ?hours.
5Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin and pepper sauce.
6Cover and simmer 1 hour, adding additional water for desired consistancy.
