Procedures:
1Spread your ground beef or whatever in a shallow pan or on a fine screen and place into your smoker.
2Smoke for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
3Hickory and alder fuels are zippy...
4Apple is a bit more mellow..
5And cherry will hit"em where it counts.
6Take your pick.
7Then use the smoke flavored hamburgers or whatever in your regular way.
8Shorten your cooking time by 20-30%.
9(use cherry fuel when making chili; it really fits).
