Ingredients:

1 packPremium fresh lean ground
-turkey, about 1 ¼lb
Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cupOnion, chopped
1 tspSugar
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspCayenne pepper
15 ozCan caliente style kidney
-beans
16 ozCan whole tomatoes
-undrained, cut up
Shredded Cheddar cheese
-if desired
Shredded lettuce, if desired
Procedures:
1Spray bottom of large skillet with nonstick cooking spray until well coated.
2Heat skillet over med high heat about 30 seconds.
3Crumble ground turkey into skillet; add onion.
4Cook and stir 3-5 mins, or until turkey is lightly browned.
5Add sugar, salt, cayenne, kidney beans, and tomatoes; bring to a boil.
6Reduce heat to medium; cook 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
7Spoon into bowls.
8Garnish with cheese and lettuce, if desired.
