Ingredients:
5 lbsLean beef, ground coarse
1 lbsSuet, ground
1 1/2 quartWater
3 ozChili powder
2 tbspSalt
1 tbspGarlic powder
1 tbspCumin
1 tbspOregano
1 tbspPaprika
1/2 tspCayenne pepper
Procedures:
1Braise the meat in a large skillet.
2Add the water and bring to a boil.
3Add the ground suet and all the spices.
4Mix thoroughly.
5Stir every few minutes till your are sure the spices are blended and the meat is all well spearated.
6After that you just need to stir enough to keep it from sticking to the bottom of the skillet.
7Cook for 45 minutes to one hour.
