Ingredients:
6 ozVegetable oil
1 1/2 lbsOnions, coarsely chopped
1 1/4 lbsPotatoes, diced
1 lbsCarrots, diced
1 lbsCelery, sliced
1 canChef-Mate Bacon 'n Cheddar
-Cheese Sauce (#10 can)
2 cupBeer
1 quartChicken stock
1 1/4 lbsMixed Vegetables, frozen
1/2 tspPaprika
1/2 tspWhite Pepper
1/4 tspLiquid Smoke flavor
2 tbspParsley, chopped
Procedures:
1Place vegetable oil in large stockpot.
2Add onios, potatoes, carrots and celery; saute 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
3Add remaining ingredients.
4Combine thoroughly.
5Simmer 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
6Serve hot.
7makes 25 one cup servings.
