Ingredients:
1 tbspOlive Oil
1/2 cupOnions, Chopped
1 cupMushrooms, Sliced
8 ozArtichokes, Canned, *
2 cupChicken Broth
1/2 cupGreen Peas
4 tbspUnbleached Flour
2 cupEvaporated Skimmed Milk
1 xSalt & Pepper, To Taste
Procedures:
1* drain and chop the canned artichokes.

3in a large saucepan heat the oil and saute the onions.
4Add the mushrooms, artichokes, and broth.
5Cook about 5 minutes or until tender.
6Add the peas.
7Blend the flour into the evaporated milk and add to the mixture in the pan.
8Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until slightly thickened.
9Season to taste with salt and pepper.
