Ingredients:
1 largeRed cabbage, thinly sliced
2 largeHeads cauliflower, cut into
-florets
2 cupCooked seitan, chopped
2 cupUnpeeled apples, sliced
2 cupWhite beans, cooked
2 tbspCaraway seeds
1/2 cupShallots, chopped
3 cupVegetable stock or dark beer
1 tbspPepper
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 cupWhole wheat flour
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 450 deg.
2combine all ingredietns, except flour, in a large roasting pan or casserole dish.
3Sprinkle top with flour.
4place in oven and cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
5reduce heat to 250 deg.
6Cover and cook for 20 hours, stirring occasionally.
7Serve hot.
