2 tspSAGE
1 1/2 tspGROUND BLACK PEPPER
1/2 tspRED PEPPER
1/2 tspBROWN SUGAR
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients well.
2Shape into eight 4" diameter patties.
3Heat large skillet over medium heat.
4Add sausage patties, four at a time, and cook until browned, about five minutes per side.
5Transfer to a plate lined with paper toweling.
6Keep warm while cooking remaining patties.
