Wine glazed ham steaks

Ingredients:
1 lbsCenter-cut ham slice 1"thick
SAUCE
1/2 cupDry white wine
1/4 cupOrange juice
1/4 cupMaple syrup
1 tbspCornstarch, dissolved in
2 tsps white wine vinegar
1/2 tspDry mustard
1/4 tspGround ginger
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients except ham in saucepan.
2Bring the sauce to a slow boil, stirring constantly, then reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes.
3Grill ham over mesquite coals.
4Brush frequently with sauce on both sides, allowing 10 minutes of cooking time for each side.
5When done, place ham on serving dish, and pour remaining sauce over entire dish.
