Veprovy gulash (pork goulash)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsFresh pork shoulder, cubed
1 Medium onion, chopped
1/4 cupLard
1/4 tspPaprika
1/2 tspCaraway seeds
Salt
2 cupWater
2 tbspFlour
Procedures:
1Fry onion in lard.
2Add paprika, meat, caraway seeds, and salt; brown well; add ?cup water; simmer in a covered pan until meat is tender (about 1 hour).
3Dust drippings with flour; stir until brown.
4Add remaining water, and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.
5Serves
