Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsBulk Pork Sausage
20 ozPineapple Chinks In Syrup
1/2 cupPacked Brown Sugar
1/4 cupLemon Juice
2 tbspCornstarch
2 tbspSoy Sauce
1/2 cupChopped Green Pepper
1/2 cupDrained Maraschino Cherries
Procedures:
1Shape sausage into ?to ?inch balls.
2Place in single layer in baking pan.
3Bake in 400°F oven 25 minutes, or until cooked; drain on paper towels.
4Meanwhile, drain pineapple, reserve syrup.
5Add enough water to syrup to measure 1 cup; combine with brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and soy sauce in large saucepan.
6Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens.
7Fold in green pepper, cherries, pineapple chunks and drained cooked sausage.
8To serve, turn into chafing dish
