Traditional sweet-sour pork chops

Ingredients:
6 Pork loin chops -- ?inch
Thick
1/2 cupPineapple juice
1/2 cupKetchup
2 tbspHoney
2 tbspWhite wine vinegar
1 1/2 tspDijon mustard
1/4 tspSalt
4 tspCornstarch
2 tbspWater
Procedures:
1* you can substitute chicken for pork if you prefer.
2place pork chops in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
3In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, ketchup, honey, vinegar, mustard and salt.
4Pour over the chops.
5Cover tightly and bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes, uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until meat is tender.
6Remove chops from pan to a serving platter and keep warm.
7Strain pan juices into a saucepan.
8Combine cornstarch and water; add to pan juices.
9Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 minutes longer.
10Pour sauce over chops and serve immediately.
