Zippy red snapper and zucchini

Ingredients:
1 lbsRed snapper or other lean
- fish fillets (fresh or
- frozen, thawed), cut into
- serving pieces
TOMATO-CHILI SALSA
1 cupChili sauce
2 tspPrepared horseradish
2 tspLemon juice
1/4 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/8 tspSalt

2 smallZucchini, cut into ?inch
- slices (about 3 cups)
1/4 tspGarlic salt
1/4 cupCarrots, coarsely shredded
Procedures:
1Arrange fish, thickest part to outside edge, in microwavable pie plate, 9x1 ?inches.
2Cover with plastic wrap, folding back one side to vent.
3Microwave on high 3 minutes; drain.
4Prepare chili sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in 2-cup microwavable measure.
5Microwave uncovered on high 1 to 2 minutes or until hot.
6Stir before serving.
7Spread 1 tablespoon of the sauce over each piece of fish.
8Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the cheese over fish.
9Arrange zucchini on fish.
10Sprinkle with garlic salt and remaining cheese.
11Re-cover and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
12Top with carrot.
13Serve with remaining tomato-chili sauce.
14Makes 5 to 6 servings
