Ingredients:

1 lbsGround beef
1 medOnion, chopped <=OR=>
2 tbspInstand minced onion
1/2 tspGarlic powder
1 tbspChili powder (or to taste)
2 1/2 tspGround cumin
1 canCrushed tomatoes with added
Puree (28 oz)
1 canChili beans (kidney)
1 canTomato paste (6 oz)
Procedures:
1Directions: In a large 4 qt dutch oven or large saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring often to break up meat, until lightly browned, 5 to 10 minutes.
2Drain off any excess fat.
3Stir in all remaining ingredients.
4Heat to boiling.
5Reduce heat to medium low and simmmer, uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
