Ingredients:
1 lbsHamburger meat (lean)
3 largeJalapenos
= seeded and chopped
1/2 lbsHot sausage
1/2 lbsStew meat
1 cupChopped onion
3/4 cupChopped bell pepper
2/3 cupChopped celery
1 canNew orleans kidney beans
3 tbspChili powder
1 tspSalt
3 largeGarlic cloves, minced
1 cupFrench onion soup
1 canChopped green chilies
1 canTomatoes
2 canTomato sauce
1/2 tspSugar
1 tbspCayenne
1 tspOregano
2 tbspJalapeno juice
1/4 tspGarlic powder
3/4 tspTabasco sauce
1/2 tspCumin
1/2 tspOnion powder
Procedures:
1Marinate stew meat with jalapeno juice, onion powder and garlic powder.
2Refrigerate 24 hours.
3Brown hamburger meat with onion and garlic and bell pepper and cumin.
4Brown sausage; remove brown stew meat.
5Mix all meat.
6Add soup, tomato sauce, tomatoes and beans (drained).
7Add jalapenos, chili powder, cayenne, oregano, celery and chili peppers, salt, sugar, tabasco.
8Cook at medium heat 2 hours.
