Ingredients:
6 Pork chops
1 canStewed toms, Mex style --
Lg
1 cupRice -- uncooked
6 sliceCheddar cheese
1/2 cupWater
1/2 cupGreen pepper -- diced
6 Onion slices
1/2 tspCumin -- opt
2 tspChili powder
Procedures:
1In 9x13 pan place rice, tomatoes, gr pepper, water, chili powder, cumin.
2Mix well.
3Place chops on top.
4Top each chop with an onion slice.
5Bake 325°F for glass pan, 1 hr, covered.
6Remove from oven and place a slice of cheese on each chop.
7Return to oven, uncovered, if not all liquid is absorbed, and bake 10 mins or until cheese is melted.
8Best if made the day before and refrigerated.
