| cup | Rice -- uncooked | | 6
| slice | Cheddar cheese | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 1/2
| cup | Green pepper -- diced | | 6
| | Onion slices | | 1/2
| tsp | Cumin -- opt | | 2
| tsp | Chili powder |

Procedures:
| 1 | In 9x13 pan place rice, tomatoes, gr pepper, water, chili powder, cumin. | | 2 | Mix well. | | 3 | Place chops on top. | | 4 | Top each chop with an onion slice. | | 5 | Bake 325°F for glass pan, 1 hr, covered. | | 6 | Remove from oven and place a slice of cheese on each chop. | | 7 | Return to oven, uncovered, if not all liquid is absorbed, and bake 10 mins or until cheese is melted. | | 8 | Best if made the day before and refrigerated. | | 9 | recipe by : |
