Ingredients:
2 tbspBalsamic vinegar
1 tbspDijon mustard
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
2 tbspBrown sugar
1 tbspSoy sauce
1/4 tbspDried red pepper flakes
1 tbspGingerroot, fresh, grated
1/2 tbspLiquid smoke
1 cupChili sauce
1/4 cupGreen onions, chopped
4 lbsSpareribs, cut in single

Procedures:
1Use chili sauce that is similar to ketchup, not the hot spicy variety with chile peppers.
2in medium bowl, combine all ingredients except ribs.
3Dip each rib into sauce.
4Place coated ribs in cooker.
5Pour remaining sauce over ribs in pot.
6Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or until meat is tender.
