Ingredients:
6 lbsPork spareribs, 2 pieces
1 tspSalt
1 tspBlack pepper, freshly ground
1 canTomato juice, 6 oz
1 medOnion, finely chopped

1/2 cupCider vinegar
1/2 cupDark brown sugar, finely pac
1/4 cupVegetable oil
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 tspDry mustard
Procedures:

2Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir until thoroughly blended.
3Pour the marinade over the ribs, making sure the marinade coats all sides of them.

6Cover the roasting pan with heavyduty aluminum foil and bake until the ribs are tender, about 1 hour.
