| 1 | Remove all paper, plastic, etc. |
| 2 | Score ham by cutting diagonal slashes all over ham rind. |

| 11 | Put a tablespoon of flour in the cooking bag and shake well. |
| 12 | Insert a meat thermometer in the ham. |
| 13 | Put ham in cooking bag. |
| 14 | Pour juice over ham. |
| 15 | Close bag and make six small slits. |
| 16 | Bake at 350 until meat thermometer reaches 140 degrees. |
