Ingredients:
2 tbspMargarine
4 Boneless pork chops, ? tk
1 1/2 cupSliced mushrooms
1/2 tspDried rosemary leaves
-crushed
1 canCampbell's Cream of Mushroom
-Soup (10 ?oz)
2 tbspWater
1/2 lbsFresh green beans, cut into
-2" pieces*
Procedures:
1Prep time: 10 minutes.
2Cook time: 30 minutes.
3In skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook chops 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
4Remove.
5In remaining 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook mushrooms with rosemary until tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring often.
6Add soup, water and green beans.
7Heat to boiling.
8Return chops to skillet.
9Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink and green beans are tender, stirring occasionally.
10Serve with hot cooked fettuccine.
11Serves 4.
12* if desired, substitute 1 package (9 oz) frozen cut green beans.
