Ingredients:
1/2 lbsPork Loin Chops
1 tbspGarlic, Minced
1 tspCumin, ground
1 tspSaltsubstitute
1/2 tspCoriander
1/4 tspRed Pepper
1/4 tspBlack Pepper
2 Potatoes, baked
1 cupApplesauce, unsweetened
1 cupBraised Red Cabbage
Procedures:
1Freeze chops for 20 minutes.
2Trim off all visible fat.
3In a cup, combine the seasons; spread the mix equally on both sides of chops.
4Cover with plastic wrap; refridgerate for 2-8 hours.
5Place the chops on a broiler rack and broil 4 inches from heat, until the chops are browned and crusty; 8-12 minutes per side.
6Serve with baked potatoes, applesauce and cabbage
