Ingredients:

| lbs | Rope sausage * | | 2
| | Green peppers, sliced | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| med | Onions, sliced | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 4
| tbsp | Butter or margarine |

Procedures:
| 1 | * cut sausage into 5-inch sections. | | 2 | In a large pot, boil sausage for approximately 30 minutes. | | 3 | In a skillet, melt butter and on medium low heat, add green peppers and onions. | | 4 | Cover. | | 5 | Stir occasionally until peppers and onions are tender. | | 6 | Remove vegetables from skillet and add sausage links . | | 7 | Fry on medium heat until brown. | | 8 | Add green peppers and onions. | | 9 | Turn off heat. | | 10 | Serve on hot dog buns with mustard. | | 11 | serves 8 |
