Ingredients:
2 lbsRope sausage *
2 Green peppers, sliced
1/4 tspSalt
2 medOnions, sliced
1/4 tspPepper
4 tbspButter or margarine
Procedures:
1* cut sausage into 5-inch sections.
2In a large pot, boil sausage for approximately 30 minutes.
3In a skillet, melt butter and on medium low heat, add green peppers and onions.
4Cover.
5Stir occasionally until peppers and onions are tender.
6Remove vegetables from skillet and add sausage links .
7Fry on medium heat until brown.
8Add green peppers and onions.
9Turn off heat.
10Serve on hot dog buns with mustard.
11serves 8
